Obiex reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this list at its sole discretion without prior notice.
To be eligible to register for an Obiex Account, access the Obiex mobile application or web portal, or use any of the Obiex Services, you must not be located in, incorporated in, established in, ordinarily resident in, or a citizen or national of any of the following jurisdictions:
Any other jurisdiction, territory, or region subject to comprehensive international sanctions, economic embargoes, or regulatory prohibitions as determined by applicable governmental, statutory, or international bodies.
By attempting to access or access Obiex Services, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident or national of any Prohibited Country listed above. Obiex employs automated technical perimeter controls, IP geo-blocking, and Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification protocols to block and restrict access to individuals or entities from these jurisdictions.
